I had an 'awareness' day. i now know not to over exert but to listen to my body and if i have to sleep, then sleep. i am healing and its so good to be able to shop, swim and read something uplifting. see things as they are, then better. will make a c.d. for myself usng self-affirmations and letting the light into my soul. i am a successul hypnotherapist and looking forward to helping children and adults with bullying and weight loss issues.now i meditate for a while on letting the healing light in.

see things as they are but not any worse
see things better than they are.
